Drastic Deadline Agra Competition
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Competition Period. The competition runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 January 2027, inclusive. No entries received after the closing date will be considered.
  2. Participating Retailers. The competition is valid at participating Agra Namibia retailers during the competition period.
  3. Eligibility. The competition is open to Namibian citizens and permanent residents who are 18 years or older.
  4. Exclusions. Employees of Agra Namibia, its advertising agencies, distributors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition and will be disqualified if they do so.
  5. How to Enter. To qualify for entry, participants must purchase any Drastic Deadline product from a participating Agra Namibia retailer during the competition period. The participant must SMS the word DRONE, together with the TX number shown on their Agra invoice/till slip, to 30300. SMSs cost N$1.50 each. Standard data rates apply for competition entry. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient airtime to submit their entry.
  6. Proof of Purchase. Participants must retain their original till slip/invoice as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the original till slip/invoice upon request will result in immediate disqualification.
  7. Multiple Entries. Participants may enter the competition more than once, provided that each entry is supported by a qualifying purchase and corresponding TX number.
  8. Prizes. There are five (5) prizes in total. Each winner will receive one DJI NEO FlyMore Drone Combo Pack.
  9. Prizes Not Transferable. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value should the specified model become unavailable.
  10. Winner Selection. Winners will be selected by means of a random electronic draw conducted under the supervision of an independent auditor or a representative of the Lotteries Board of Namibia, if required.
  11. Contacting Winners. Winners will be contacted telephonically within 30 days of the draw using the contact details associated with their competition entry.
  12. Non-Response. Should a selected winner fail to respond after three (3) attempts over a 48-hour period, the prize may be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
  13. Proof of Eligibility. Winners may be required to provide valid identification and their original qualifying till slip/invoice before the prize is awarded. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase or eligibility may result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to another qualifying entrant.
  14. Drone Regulatory Compliance. The operation of a drone in Namibia is subject to the regulations of the Namibia Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA). It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure that the drone is registered, where required, and operated in accordance with Namibian law, including applicable height restrictions and "no-fly zones", such as areas near airports, national parks and other restricted areas. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any fines, legal action, loss, injury or damages resulting from the winner's operation or use of the drone.
  15. Lotteries Act Compliance. This competition is conducted in accordance with the Lotteries Act 13 of 2017. The competition has been certified by the Lotteries Board of Namibia under Permit Certificate Number: PCC009/06/2026. A 5% levy on the total prize value has been/will be paid to the Lotteries Board of Namibia as required by law.
  16. Errors and Omissions. Agra Namibia reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, invalid, fraudulent or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions are excluded.
  17. Changes to the Competition. Agra Namibia reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to amend, suspend or terminate the competition or amend these Terms and Conditions, subject to prior notice and approval from the Lotteries Board of Namibia, where required.
  18. Publicity and Use of Winner Information. The Promoter may require winners to be identified and photographed for publicity and promotional purposes at no additional cost to the winner, subject to the winner's right to decline such a request.
  19. Announcement of Winners. Winners will be announced on the official Agra social media platforms after the draw has been completed and the winners have been successfully contacted and verified.
  20. Acceptance of Terms. By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Agra Namibia reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
