Agra’s Graduate Development Programme is a structured 12-month initiative aimed at developing high-potential graduates for long-term careers within the organisation. The programme provides participants with practical exposure through planned developmental rotations across key business units, enabling a comprehensive understanding of Agra’s operations, culture, and strategic objectives.

Graduates are supported through hands-on experience, mentorship, and skills development aligned with operational excellence and commercial acumen. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants may be considered for placement within a relevant business unit, subject to organisational requirements.
