TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Competition Dates: The competition closes on 19 October 2026.
2. This competition is valid at all Agra Retail branches countrywide.
3. Employees and Board Members of Agra Ltd and/or any subsidiary company of Agra Ltd and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize(s) and their immediate families, including prize sponsors, suppliers, wholesalers and their agents, are not eligible to enter the competition.
4. This competition is open to all Namibian citizens and permanent residents who are 18 years of age or older.
5. How to enter:
   1. Purchase any TWO Mortein products in a single transaction at any Agra Retail branch nationwide.
   2. SMS the word MORTEIN, followed by your TX number (found on your till slip/invoice), to 30300.
   3. Example: MORTEIN TX-123-4567
   4. SMSs cost N$1.50 each.
   5. Participants must retain their original till slip/invoice as proof of purchase.
6. A person may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is supported by a unique qualifying purchase and TX number.
7. Participants stand a chance to win one of five (5) N$1,000 Agra vouchers.
8. There will be five (5) winners, with each winner receiving an N$1,000 Agra voucher.
9. Winners will be selected through a random digital draw after the competition closing date.
10. Winners will be contacted telephonically. Should a winner not respond within three (3) working days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next qualifying entrant.
11. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
12. Errors and omissions are excluded.
13. Agra reserves the right to amend or change the competition rules without prior notice.
14. It is a condition of accepting the prize that winners consent to Agra publishing their names and photographs on Agra's social media platforms, website, and other promotional material.
15. Winners will be announced on the Agra Facebook page after the draw has been completed.
