TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Competition Dates: 31 July – 30 September 2026.
2. This competition is valid only at Agra Liquor Omaruru store.
3. Employees and Board Members of Agra Ltd and/or any subsidiary company of Agra Ltd and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize(s) and their immediate families, including prize sponsors, suppliers, wholesalers and their agents, are not eligible to enter the competition.
4. This competition is open to all Namibian citizens and permanent residents who are 18 years of age or older.
5. How to enter:
   1. Purchase any liquor to the value of N$500 or more in a single transaction at Agra Omaruru.
   2. SMS your TX number (found on your till slip/invoice) together with the word AGRALIQUOR to 30300.
   3. Example: TX-123-4567 AGRALIQUOR.
   4. SMSs cost N$1.50 each.
6. Participants must retain their original till slip/invoice as proof of purchase.
7. A person may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is supported by a unique qualifying purchase and TX number.
8. Participants stand a chance to win:
   1. 1 × INGCO 9-in-1 Power Tool Set valued at N$7,500.
9. The winner will be selected through a random digital draw after the competition closing date.
10. The winner will be contacted telephonically. Should the winner not respond within three (3) working days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next qualifying entrant.
11. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
12. Errors and omissions are excluded.
13. Agra reserves the right to amend or change the competition rules without prior notice.
14. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner consents to Agra publishing their name and photographs on Agra's social media platforms, website, and other promotional material.
