TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Competition Dates: 16 July – 31 August 2026.
  2. This competition is valid at all Agra Retail branches countrywide.
  3. Employees and Board Members of Agra Ltd and/or any subsidiary company of Agra Ltd and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize(s) and their immediate families, i.e. prize sponsors, suppliers, wholesalers and their agents, are not eligible to enter the competition.
  4. This competition is open to all Namibian citizens and permanent residents who are 18 years of age or older.
  5. How to enter:
    Purchase Ryobi products to the value of N$1,000 or more OR Montego products to the value of N$1,000 or more in a single transaction at any participating Agra Retail branch.
    SMS the word WIN, followed by your TX number (found on your till slip/invoice), to 30300. Example: WIN TX-123-1234567 SMSs cost N$1.50 each.
    Participants must retain their original till slip/invoice as proof of purchase.
  6. A person may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is supported by a unique qualifying purchase and TX number.

    1. 1st Prize: Ryobi 9-piece Power Tool Set
    2. 2nd Prize: Ryobi 8-piece Power Tool Set
    3. 3rd Prize: Ryobi 5-piece Power Tool Set
  9. Montego Competition
    1. 1st Prize: N$5,000 Agra Montego Voucher
    2. 2nd Prize: N$4,000 Agra Montego Voucher
    3. 3rd Prize: N$3,000 Agra Montego Voucher
  10. Winners will be selected through a random digital draw after the competition closing date.
  11. Winners will be contacted telephonically. Should a winner not respond within three (3) working days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next qualifying entrant.
  12. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
  13. Errors and omissions are excluded.
  14. Agra reserves the right to amend or change the competition rules without prior notice.
  15. It is a condition of accepting the prize that winners consent to Agra publishing their names and photographs on Agra's social media platforms, website, and other promotional material.
  16. Winners will be announced on the Agra Facebook page after the draw has been completed.
