The Agra Weaner Championship Series recently wrapped up its final communal event in Windhoek, marking a successful conclusion to this year's competitions in towns including Okakarara and Otjinene. This year's event was a great success, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of our farmers and the dedicated efforts of everyone involved.

As part of the series, Agra also hosted a specialised training day on livestock management for communal farmers. This hands-on training session focused on essential farming techniques and the optimal use of resources, equipping our farmers with skills that can enhance their agricultural practices. Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with farmers reporting valuable insights gained from the training.

The competition itself was judged with the highest standards, led by a distinguished panel with years of expertise in the field. The panel included notable names, Paul Klein, Herman Lintvelt, and Flip du Plessis from Agra. Their professionalism and knowledge ensured a fair and rigorous evaluation process, recognizing the very best in Namibian communal cattle farming.
