Our Applied Animal Health training course has been split into 3 sessions of 2 days each.
To obtain a course certificate, participants will have to attend all 3 sessions.
 
The first session (internal and external parasites ) comprises of the following topics:
• Most common internal parasites
• Parasite control
• Anthelmintic (deworming remedies)
 
External parasites and their control:
• Remedies – external parasites
• Injectable parasiticides
• Pour-ons to control internal and external parasites
 
Injecting livestock:
• Equipment required (practical demonstrations)
• Dosage of remedies.
