TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Competition Date: 19 JUNE 2025 – 4 AUGUST 2025.
2. This competition is valid at all Agra Retail branches excluding Auas VetMed, Agra Safari Den, Agra fuel stations and GoAgra convenience stores.
3. Employees and Board Members of Agra Ltd and/or any subsidiary company of Agra Ltd and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize(s) and their immediate families i.e. prize sponsors, suppliers, wholesalers & their agents, are not eligible to enter the Competition.
4. How to enter: 1. Buy the BOKOMO groceries combo for N$399.99. The combo includes: Bokomo Champion Super Maize Meal Poly 10kg + Bokomo Nice Rice 5kg + Marathon Refined Sugar 5kg + Bokomo Vetkoek Flour 5kg Paper. 2. SMS the word "combo" and your TX number on till sip/invoice to 30300. (SMS cost N$1.50 each).

6. Each participant stands a chance to win a share of N$20 000 in Agra gift vouchers. There will be 3 winners. The first prize winner will receive a N$10 000 Agra gift voucher. The second prize winner will receive a N$6000 Agra gift voucher. The third prize winner will receive a N$4000 Agra gift voucher.
7. Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw.
8. Winners will be contacted telephonically. If the person does not answer within 3 working days, the prize is transferred to the next qualifying person.
9. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for its cash value.
10. Errors and omissions are excluded.
11. Agra reserves the right to amend or change the competition rules without prior notice to the public.
12. It is a condition of accepting the prize, that the prize winners, allow Agra to publish names and photographs on any third-party website, publication and/or Facebook.
13. The three winners will be announced on the Agra Facebook page, 23 August 2025.
