TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Competition Date: 09 September 2024 – 3 November 2024
2. This competition is valid at all Agra Retail branches, excluding Agra Safari Den, Auas VetMed, Agra fuel stations or GoAgra convenience stores.
3. Employees and Board Members of Agra Ltd and/or any subsidiary company of Agra Ltd and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize(s) and their immediate families i.e. prize sponsors, suppliers, wholesalers & their agents, are not eligible to enter the Competition.
4. This competition is valid to all Namibians above the age of 18 years old.
5. How to enter:
   1. Buy any 2 products on the leaflet.
   2. SMS “AGRAWIN” TO 1010.
   3. Keep till slip as proof of purchase. SMS costs N$ 1.00.
6. The promoter is AGRA(“the Promoter”).
7. The promotional competition start date is 09 September 2024.
8. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
9. The promotion will end on the 3rd of November 2024.
10. The prize winner will receive an AGRA FEED Voucher to the value of N$15 000 in assistance to drought relief.
11. The till slip is required as proof of purchase and as valid entry for the day in question.
12. Participants can buy participating products at any AGRA store, nationwide.
13. Participants can enter every day provided the till slip corresponds to the date entered.
14. Participants can enter every day for the promotional period but can only win once.
15. Winners are selected at random provided entry requirements are met.
16. Winners are notified via phone call/WhatsApp message.
17. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 8 hours to the winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from valid entries.
18. The promoter will endeavour to contact the prize winner once more after the initial communication/congratulatory message.
19. The promoter reserves the right to name winners publicly.
20. The promoter reserves to use the images taken by participants for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without remuneration being made payable to the winner.
21. The promoter shall have the right to change or terminate the promotional competition immediately and without notice, if deemed necessary in their opinion and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
22. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any right that they have in respect of this promotional competition and acknowledge that they have no resource against the promoter.
23. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. SMS costs N$ 1.00.
