TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Competition Date: Thursday, 8 August 2024 – Wednesday, 9 October 2024
  2. This competition is valid at all Agra Retail branches excluding Auas VetMed, Agra Safari Den, Agra fuel stations and GoAgra Convenience stores.
  3. The competition is open to all residents of Namibia aged 18 years and older.
  4. Employees and Board Members of Agra Ltd and/or any subsidiary company of Agra Ltd and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize(s) and their immediate families i.e. prize sponsors, suppliers, wholesalers & their agents, are not eligible to enter the Competition.
  5. How to enter:
  • Purchase: Spend N$1000 or more at any Agra Retail store (excluding specific branches).
  • Entry Methods:
    • SMS: Text “44” and your till slip or invoice TX number to 30 300 (SMS costs N$1.50).
    • WhatsApp Bot: Select “Stand to Win” and then “Cheers to 44 years.”
    • QR Code: Scan the QR code on the poster and follow the instructions.
      • Ensure your entry is sent within the competition period.
  1. A person can enter as many times as they want with a single TX number.
  2. There will be four winners selected each weekday for 44 days starting 9 August 2024 until 9 October 2024.
  3. Each participant stands a fair chance to win a N$2500 Agra cash account gift card, it cannot be exchanged for cash. The winners will receive a share of the total prize pool of N$444 000.00 in Agra cash account gift cards or credit. Prize money will be loaded on the Agra account gift cards. In total there will be 176 winners selected throughout the competition.
  4. To claim the prize, winners should either have an H1 Agra account number, in which case the amount of N$2500 will be credited directly to their account. If a winner does not have an existing H1 Agra account, they must apply for one. All winners should show proof of a valid ID document to apply for an Agra cash account to claim the prize.
  5. Winners must bring a valid ID card to claim their prize at the same branch of the original purchase and complete an account gift card registration form to receive the N$2500 Agra cash account gift card.
  6. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries on a daily basis.
  7. All winners will be contacted telephonically. If the person has not answered the call by close of business of the same day, they will forfeit immediately, and the prize will be transferred to the next qualifying person. Prizes must be claimed within one month (30 days) of announcement.
  8. Agra reserves the right to amend or change the competition rules without prior notice to the public.
  9. It is a condition of accepting the prize, that the prize winners, allow Agra to publish names and photographs on any third-party website, publication and/or Facebook.
  10. Winners will be announced daily on Agra’s official Facebook platform.
  11. This promotional competition has been approved by the Lotteries board of Namibia.
