TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Competition Date: 25 August – 30 September 2023
2. This competition is valid at all Agra Retail branches, excluding Agra Safari Den, Auas VetMed, Agra fuel stations or GoAgra convenience stores.
3. Employees and Board Members of Agra Ltd and/or any subsidiary company of Agra Ltd and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize(s) and their immediate families i.e. prize sponsors, suppliers, wholesalers & their agents, are not eligible to enter the Competition.
4. How to enter: 1. Spend N$500 or more on any of the participating products as shown on poster (products include: Feedmaster Broiler finish, Feedmaster Broiler grower, ProPet Broiler grower, ProPet Mixed Poultry feed, Feedmaster Pig Grower, Feedmaster Layer mash and ProPet Laying meal). SMS the word “Pig” or “Poultry’’ and your TX number on your slip/invoice to 30300. Keep your slip/invoice as proof of purchase.
5. A person can enter multiple times with one TX number.
6. Each participant stands a fair chance to win the following prizes:
Broiler Poultry Farmers: Stand a chance to Win 1 of 2 Poultry Start-up Kits for 100 chickens, valued at N$ 2500 per kit.
Layer Poultry Farmers: Stand a chance to Win 1 of 2 Poultry Start-up Kits for 100 chickens, valued at N$ 2500 per kit.
Pig farmers: Stand a chance to Win 1 of 2 N$2500 Agra Gift Vouchers each.
7. Agra gift vouchers won can only be used to redeem Feedmaster products.
8. Winners will be selected through a random digital draw.
9. Winners will be contacted telephonically. If the person does not answer within 3 working days, the prize is transferred to the next qualifying person.
10. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for its cash value.
11. Errors and omissions are excluded.
12. Agra reserves the right to amend or change the competition rules without prior notice to the public.
13. It is a condition of accepting the prize, that the prize winners, allow Agra to publish names and photographs on any third-party website, publication and/or Facebook.
14. The winners will be announced on the Agra Facebook page, 27 October 2023.
