TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Competition Date: 22 November 2022 – 21 February 2023.
  2. This competition is valid at all Agra Retail branches, excluding Agra Safari Den, Auas VetMed, Agra fuel stations or GoAgra convenience stores.
  3. Employees and Board Members of Agra Ltd and/or any subsidiary company of Agra Ltd and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize(s) and their immediate families i.e. prize sponsors, suppliers, wholesalers & their agents, are not eligible to enter the Competition.
  4. How to enter: Buy any RYOBI product to the value of N$500 or more from any Agra branch. (One purchase = One entry). SMS the word “Ryobi” and your TX (invoice/till slip) number to 30300. SMS’s costs N$1.50 each.
  5. Each participant stands a fair chance to win 1 of 3 XD180 Ryobi Drill Kits.
  6. Winners will be selected through a random digital draw.
  7. Winners will be contacted telephonically. If the person does not answer within 3 working days, the prize is transferred to the next qualifying person.
  8. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for its cash value.
  9. Errors and omissions are excluded.
  10. Agra reserves the right to amend or change the competition rules without prior notice to the public.
  11. It is a condition of accepting the prize, that the prize winners, allow Agra to publish names and photographs on any third-party website, publication and/or Facebook.
  12. The three winners will be announced on the Agra Facebook page, 3 March 2023.
